For TRV valve allow 45mm to centre of pipe. - To prevent damage to radiator it is strongly recommended during installation to leave protective packaging on radiator by simply removing lug protectors and pre cut tapping connection. Water Treatment or Corrosion Inhibitor It is strongly recommended that where appropriate all indirect or closed heating systems are cleansed by a flushing agent and treated with a central heating system inhibitor before installing the radiator according to the specifications of the British Standard for preparation, commissioning and maintenance of domestic central heating and cooling water systems, BS 75932019. This is especially important if the product is an addition to an existing system and would ensure the continued efficiency and longevity of the manufacturing guarantee.
