Sandtex Trade Stabilising Solution Water-Bourne is a low VOC content finish. A colourless stabiliser for chalky surfaces. Thinned with water and is suitable for exterior use. Quick-drying product which primes and stabilises chalking, weathered and porous surfaces. Highly penetrative product which is suitable for exterior masonry surfaces and exterior grading building boards. Touch dry in 1 hour and recoatable after 4 hours.
